Tata4d Terms & Conditions — Complete Platform Usage Guide
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the tata4d platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read this document carefully in its entirety before registering or using any of the services provided.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. This version supersedes all previous versions.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the tata4d platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions stated in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the platform.
Continued use of the tata4d platform following the publication of any changes to these terms will be considered your acceptance of the updated version. The platform reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice, though we endeavour to inform users of significant changes.
You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the tata4d platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that your use of the platform is lawful under the regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.
Account Registration, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Creation & Verification
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on tata4d. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice, along with forfeiture of any existing balance.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address. tata4d reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to verify the information provided, particularly before processing withdrawals.
If your personal information changes, you are responsible for updating it in your account promptly. Inaccurate or outdated information may cause delays in transaction processing or account suspension.
Account Security & Password
You are solely responsible for keeping your tata4d password and login credentials confidential. All activity that occurs on your account using your login credentials is considered your own action, whether or not you authorised it.
Tata4d will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone call under any circumstances. Any such request should be treated as a fraudulent attempt. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact our customer support team immediately and change your password.
Tata4d is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to safeguard your login credentials, including sharing your password with others.
Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Conduct
Tata4d users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities while using the platform:
- Registering more than one account or using a false identity during registration.
- Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any other technical means to interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner.
- Attempting to exploit bugs, technical vulnerabilities, or system errors within the platform for unauthorised gain.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, forgery, or manipulation in connection with games, promotions, or financial transactions.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
- Submitting false claims related to transactions, bonuses, or promotions.
Tata4d reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating the above rules and to take appropriate action, including suspending or closing accounts, confiscating balances linked to fraudulent activity, and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
Deposit Policy
All financial transactions on the tata4d platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include bank transfers via FPX and Touch 'n Go eWallet. The platform reserves the right to add, modify, or remove any payment method at any time.
Successful deposits are typically credited to your account within a short timeframe, depending on the payment method used. If your deposit has not been credited within the expected period, please contact our support team with proof of transaction for assistance.
Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the name of the tata4d account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. tata4d reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving any withdrawal request.
Before any withdrawal is processed, all rollover requirements tied to activated bonuses or promotions must be fully met. Failure to do so will result in the withdrawal request being declined or held until the conditions are satisfied.
Tata4d is not liable for any delays in withdrawal processing caused by additional verification requirements, banking system disruptions, or external factors beyond the platform's control.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Platform Liability Limits
Tata4d is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses resulting from game outcomes, service disruptions, technical errors, or unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and tata4d makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted availability of the platform. We strive to maintain stable operations but cannot guarantee 100% uptime.
Intellectual Property
All content on the tata4d platform — including logos, graphic designs, user interface, text, software, and other visual elements — is the property of tata4d or its licensors. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of this content without explicit written permission from tata4d.
Third-Party Links
The tata4d platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as payment providers. tata4d is not responsible for the privacy policies, content, or practices of those third parties. Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and conditions.
Account Policy, Terms Updates & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Tata4d reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, or where the platform determines that the continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform or other users. In cases of suspension due to confirmed fraudulent activity, the platform reserves the right to withhold any account balance.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the customer support team. Voluntary account closure will be processed once all pending transactions are settled and rollover requirements have been met.
Changes to These Terms
Tata4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. You are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the tata4d platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
